We’ll send your login information to the online course within 12 hours of purchase. Please use a personal email (not an .edu address).
We’ll also contact you to begin to work out details for your in-person practicum. Please be ready for a few emails from our team so we can sort out critical details.
REFUND POLICY — Please read this section carefully, as our team puts in a great deal of work for any reservation to our courses and we’re truly invested in your success and wish you a great experience.
We’ll process a full refund, minus any transaction fees — if requested within three days of purchase.
If purchasing the online course only, we’ll process a 50% refund — if requested with seven days from your enrollment date and email of your course login. Please promptly check your email and ensure that you can log into our learning management system. Contact us immediately if you have any issue.
For students attending the in-person practicum:
We will defer your in-person practicum experience to the next scheduled session when you notify us within 21 days of the start date. Because of the great expense and coordination to set up your practicum experience, we’re unable to accommodate any changes after this date.
We strongly suggest the purchase of trip insurance with event coverage, if reserving the full in-person practicum experience.
