This pricing includes one year of access to the online course material — and your opportunity to complete the coursework within that timeframe to secure your accredited teaching credential.
This pricing also includes our 40-hour, in-country practicum bootcamp. Completion of this experience (and its requirements) will enable you interview with our partner, VUS — and equip you for teaching English all over the world.

All prices shown above are USD (US dollars). If purchasing in other currency, exchange rates and other fees may be applicable.
Once your payment is confirmed. we’ll send your login information to the online course within 12 hours of purchase. Please use a personal email (not an .edu address).
Students have 365 days from the date of purchase to complete the online course. Once you’ve completed 70% of the online coursework, you are eligible to register for the currently available dates for the in-person practicum. Your ability to schedule the practicum as part of your initial fee will be valid for one year from your completion of the online course work. After that time, additional fees may be required.
Teaching in Vietnam, and many other countries, requires TEFL certificate holders to also have a 4-year degree from an accredited higher education institution. These credentials will be required upon applying for employment and securing your non-visitor visa. Please be mindful of these requirements. TEFLMaster makes no warranty about your overall suitability and credentials for teaching English in your chosen country aside from the validity of your completed, accredited certificate.
REFUND POLICY — We’ll process a full refund, minus any transaction fees — if requested within three days of purchase.
We’ll process a 50% refund — if requested with seven days from your enrollment date and email of your course login. Please promptly check your email and ensure that you can log into our learning management system. Contact us immediately if you have any issue.
For any students on a payment plan (if offered), you must have finished any future payments for the course before your certificate will be issued. If future, scheduled payments are frozen by the student— course access will be revoked until there’s a mutual agreement on the scheduled for future payments. Payments previously made during a time when the student has course access are non-refundable for any reason. Terms of any payment plan offered will be signed and secured between the registered student and a TEFLMaster representative.
Unless specifically noted and agreed to — any and all travel to and from Vietnam plus any accommodations for the in-person practicum are the sole responsibility of the student. TEFLMaster encourages all students to secure appropriate trip insurance. TEFLMaster has no liability or responsibility for those attending its practicum sessions.
